Welcome to Aylaris. By booking a service through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. No account creation is required — you book quickly by providing only your name, email, and phone number. Please read these terms carefully before completing your booking.

Important: These terms affect your legal rights. Please read carefully.

Booking Process

1.1 No Account Required

You do not need to create an account to book services. Simply provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address (for confirmation and reminders)
  • Your phone number (for emergency contact)

1.2 Confirmation

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all service details.

Payment

2.1 Payment Processing

Payment is processed at the time of booking via Stripe (credit/debit card). Your spot is only guaranteed after payment confirmation.

By completing your booking, you agree that your payment is for reserving a specific time slot, not solely for service completion.

2.2 Security

Your payment information is processed directly by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified platform. Aylaris does not store any card information.

2.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you are reserving a specific time slot with an independent service provider. This time is exclusively allocated to you and may prevent other bookings.

  • • All payments are final and subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 03.
  • • You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for:
  • – Valid bookings where the service was delivered
  • – Missed appointments (no-shows)
  • – Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment

If you experience any issue, you agree to first contact the service provider directly to seek resolution.

Aylaris operates solely as a booking platform and does not provide the services listed. In the event of a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to provide booking records, confirmation emails, timestamps, IP address data, and any related communication as evidence.

Cancellation & Refunds

Full Cancellation Policy

  • You are reserving a specific time slot.
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your appointment.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, except at the business’s discretion.

Reminders

We aim to send email reminders before your scheduled appointment, but we do not guarantee delivery. Reminders depend on third-party email providers and are subject to technical limitations, delivery delays, or spam filtering. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct.

Service Provider Responsibility

5.1 Aylaris's Role

Aylaris is a booking platform that connects customers with partner businesses. We do not provide any services directly. Each business is solely responsible for the quality of service provided.

5.2 Business Responsibility

The business is solely responsible for:

  • Quality and execution of the service
  • Professionals performing the service
  • Safety and hygiene conditions of the premises
  • Any accidents or damages during the service
  • If you experience any issue with your booking, please contact the service provider first. If you are unable to reach them, you may contact us at support@aylaris.com for assistance.

Your Data

6.1 What We Collect

We only collect data necessary for booking:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • IP address and browsing data

6.2 How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for processing bookings, sending reminders, and improving our services.

6.3 Data Sharing

Your data is shared only with the business you booked with. We never sell your data.

6.4 Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion, correction, or a copy of your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aylaris is not liable for service quality, delays, cancellations, or any damages occurring during the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

General Provisions

9.1 Governing Law

England and Wales. Disputes resolved in London, UK.

9.2 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Review before each booking.
